Meet the Founder

Jenna Mamidi, M.S., CCC-SLP — Speech-Language Pathologist & Founder of EDmango

Across nearly two decades of clinical practice — in schools, clinics, homes, and increasingly in alternative learning settings — I kept noticing the same gap: educators and caregivers are often deeply invested in the children they support, but they're regularly left to figure things out entirely on their own — searching the internet late at night, trying strategy after strategy, without a clear sense of why a learner is struggling in the first place or what might actually help.

I created EDmango to close that gap — to bring real clinical understanding out of the therapy room and into the everyday moments where learning actually happens, paired with practical guidance that's easy to try, in language that's warm, clear, and genuinely useful to the people doing the work.

EDmango is neurodiversity-affirming at its core. Every learner communicates, senses, and processes the world differently, and those differences are natural variation to be understood and supported — not deficits to be fixed. Along the way, EDmango weaves in short, plain-language explanations of the clinical concepts behind its suggestions, so the "why" is never a mystery — just part of the conversation. My goal is to help the adults in a learner's life feel a little less alone in figuring out how to help that learner access learning, and a lot more equipped to do it.

Frequently asked questions

Who created EDmango?

EDmango was created by Jenna Mamidi, M.S., CCC-SLP, a licensed speech-language pathologist with nearly two decades of clinical experience across schools, clinics, homes, and alternative learning environments.

Why was EDmango created?

EDmango was created to close the gap between the everyday settings where learners are supported and the clinical, developmental insight that supports a learner's growth — insight that educators and caregivers often have to search for entirely on their own, without a clear sense of why a learner is struggling or what might help.

What makes EDmango different?

EDmango brings a speech-language pathologist's clinical perspective directly to educators and caregivers, paired with short, plain-language explanations of the "why" behind each suggestion — translated into warm, practical, neurodiversity-affirming guidance they can use in everyday moments with a learner.
